Returns and Refunds

Except for legal limits to the right of withdrawal set out in the CGV, you have 14 (fourteen) days after receiving your order to return your purchase free of charge* for a refund.

The returned item(s) must be new, with their original labels, with the inner hygiene protection for swimwear and in their original packaging perfectly intact. (see the CGV for more information).

We do not offer exchanges, for a new size or another model, simply reorder on the eshop!

From Metropolitan France:

Return costs are covered by SOWE once. The costs of a second return on the same order will be deducted from the refund (€5).

Your postage label is then immediately available.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Your postage label is then immediately available.

From the Rest of the World

Go to your customer account (MY ACCOUNT)

On the line corresponding to your order, click on the "Details" button (or directly on your order if this is not displayed).

Select the products you wish to return and then click on "Generate a return".

Your return request will be validated by our customer service within 24 hours, you can then return the products that were not suitable to the following address:
